This link rectifies some statements/comments/misprints in some of my papers in Operator Theory. Any rectification is 'local' in nature so that the rest of the paper and the major results are not affected. I (would like to) believe that any misprints and inadvertent slips present elsewhere in my papers and not covered by the link are too obvious and too insignificant to be commented upon. The link is of course for the benefit of those mathematicians who have ever bothered to or will ever bother to read my papers.
